Coming from a teaching background, my knowledge of the world was limited to a classroom, but the Master of Journalism programme at HKU exposed me to opportunities that I will never forget. I would have never imagined that within a short year, I would now be working my dream job in radio presenting and news reporting. I am incredibly grateful to have been in a programme that gave me all the skills and techniques to succeed as a modern-day journalist. I especially want to applaud the educators at the JMSC for their hard work and dedication in creating a curriculum that is both practical and informative. The minute you step into the classroom, you are in the field, and it is one that will constantly push you to learn and explore.
