Alysha Bibi at HKU Distinguished Service to the Community award ceremony

We are celebrating Alysha Bibi (BJ 2025) for receiving HKU's Distinguished Service to the Community award in recognition of her dedication to giving back to the community.

Over the past few years, Bibi has collaborated with local NGOs in Hong Kong to support vulnerable groups and students from underprivileged backgrounds.

Her unwavering commitment to service was acknowledged when she represented HKU at the 2024 Global Peace Summit and later completed a six-month placement as a Global Peace Associate in Bangkok.

Reflecting on the significance of community service, she said, "It's the lives you touch, the hearts you inspire, and the communities you uplift — no matter the size of your impact."
