A debut film by Hong Kong director So Ka Ue (蘇家榆), the documentary profiles the late LAW Wai-cheung, a prominent disabilities rights advocate in Hong Kong. The film combines live action and animation, with Academy award-winning filmmaker and JMSC director Ruby YANG (楊紫燁) serving as the creative & executive producer.
