Junhan Chen is a dedicated researcher in health and science communication, focusing on how social norms influence behaviour and how these influences can be leveraged in communication strategies to promote health behaviour change. Her work also delves into the innovative use of virtual and augmented reality technologies in the health and science communication fields.
Before joining the JMSC, Junhan completed her postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health in the United States. She holds a doctoral degree from the University of Maryland-College Park, a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a bachelor’s degree from Peking University.
