A Brief History on Wei Lun Hall (Picture and text from http://www.hku.hk/weilun/) weilunhall.jpg

Wei Lun, the University's hall of residence for undergraduates, is directly administered by the University of Hong Kong.

Opened in August 1994, this new student residential hall was completed with the generous donation from the Wei Lun Foundation. To demonstrate intangible fashion the University's appreciation of the Foundation, this hall is named Wei Lun to record the generosity of the benefactor.

Located at Sassoon Road, Wei Lun Hall offers residential accommodation for 381 students in 125 double and 131 single study bedrooms on 12 floors of the hall. With air-conditioning system throughout the hall, Wei Lun Hall provides a comfortable place for our hallmates. There are accommodations for Warden, tutors and the management staff. Besides, there are also facilities like computer room, music room, reading room and study room which provide virtually everything the residents need.

More will be available on this site. http://www.hku.hk/weilun/
