Uses and development of the Internet in less developed regions

Based on a investigation about the internet used in the animal husbandry in Anhui Fuyang, this paper aims to explore two issues: 1)whether the rural users have developed their own object in using Internet  ,2)whether the internet itself has developed a network economic entity in local production. We hold the opinion that only when these two points have been realized , then we can say they have  engaged in a real network society. Our investigation shows that they are suffering key restrain factors but they have a optimistic media imagination towards internet  So we lost in wondering whether internet I is a myth or a tentative hope ?We will get a deep analysis which is close to the real china.
