Dr. Olivier Arifon, Ph. D in communication sciences, is trainer for private companies and associate professor at the Robert Schuman University, Strasbourg, France. He has worked for the private sector, for the ministry of higher education and for the ministry of Foreign affairs, developing cooperation between French and German universities.  He teaches intercultural and communication strategies, in particular the differences between Asia and the West. His researches are focused on governance of Internet and intercultural dialogue, examining both the uniqueness of the European heritage as well as the different types of mediation.
