Lokman Tsui

lokman-tsui.pngLokman Tsui is a doctoral candidate at the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania. His dissertation examines the impact citizen journalism has on global news production.He has co-edited a book “The Hyperlinked Society: Questioning Connections in the Digital Age” (2008) together with Dr. Joseph Turow.His research has also appeared in Global Dialogue, China Information and in the newsletter for the International Institute for Asian Studies. He was guest editor of China Information for a theme issue on the socio-political impact of the internet in China. His research interests center around the areas of new media, global communication and journalism. He divides his time between Philadelphia, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
