Jesper Schlaeger

Jesper Schlaeger  Born 1978 in Denmark. Currently studying at Ningxia University, China. PhD candidate at the University of Copenhagen, Department of Political Science (2008-2011) acadmic advisor professor Jens Hoff. BA (2003) and Msc (2007) in Political Science from University of Copenhagen. Particular research focus on digital governance and the Internet’s role in China’s institutional reforms.
