New human case of H7N9 avian flu reported in Anhui

One new human case of H7N9 was reported from Anhui Province, China,  between March 27 and April 2,  according to the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health in Hong Kong.

Since March 2013, there has been  758 human cases of H7N9 avian flu reported globally. Since October 2015, 79 cases have been recorded in Mainland China.

There were no new human cases of H5N6 avian flu reported during this  period.
