The integration of the Internet and TV – such as social TV guides based on what your friends or people you admire are watching and recommending – is on the rise.  Internet TV and the delivery of multimedia content to the home via the internet are becoming increasingly common. Valcke will discuss what this convergence means for the legal and regulatory frameworks for audiovisual media.
